Return
Customer can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note, if the customer receives a faulty or wrong product then only he or she can raise the return request.
Refund
Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.
For Prepaid orders refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7 – 10 working days.
For cash on delivery orders refund will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days.

Accuracy Check: Review customization details carefully before placing your order. Changes cannot be made after ordering, and inaccuracies due to provided information will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Customized products are unique to each customer and cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept returns based on personal preferences.

Quality Assurance: Notify us within 2 days of receiving a defective product or if there is an error on our part. We’ll work with you to address the issue.

Shipping Damage: Report shipping damage immediately. We may request photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Production and Shipping Times: Customized products may have longer production times. Refer to estimated production and shipping times provided during the ordering process.
